We'll set up a time to chat—either over the phone, video call, or even better, over a cup of coffee if you're local. This is our chance to discuss your vision, answer any questions you might have, and make sure we're a great fit.
It's an easy, no-pressure conversation where we can talk about your plans and how I can help bring them to life. My goal is to ensure you feel comfortable and confident in choosing me to document your day.
step 03 - lets make it official
Once you've decided we're a great match, it's time to make things official. To secure your wedding date, I'll send over a simple contract and ask for a deposit. This ensures your day is locked into my calendar. If you've chosen to take advantage of the engagement photos in your package (which I highly recommend!), we'll also pick a date for that session. With these details settled, you can cross 'find amazing photographer' off your wedding planning list and focus on other exciting aspects of your celebration.
step 04 - the final countdown & beyond
As your big day approaches, I'll be right there with you. A few weeks before the wedding, I'll send over a detailed questionnaire to ensure I have all the important information. If you have a planner, I'll touch base with them too.
When the wedding arrives, I'll show up ready to document all those beautiful moments. And the excitement doesn't end there—4–6 weeks after your celebration, you'll receive your fully edited gallery of images, ready for you to relive your day over and over again.
Base wedding coverage with everything listed above starts at $3500; average investment is $5000 for full day coverage.
